Push, Press, Pull


Have you always wanted to do a pull-up? Or perform full sets of push-ups? Or improve your bench press? This workout will do just that! It’s a 4-5 day program with an emphasis on upper body strength improvement!



This 10 week program focuses on improving upper body strength – bench press, pullups and pushups. Lower body is still done but with a higher volume and frequency on the upper lifts.
